How long does it take to complete an order?
Completion time depends on the quantity and product range you choose. Designs requiring adjustments take longer than standard products with existing designs. Our sales team will advise you of the specific completion schedule when you order.

How much does printing or engraving cost?
Printing and engraving in standard positions are included at no extra charge. If you request additional positions, Quà Việt will explain any reasonable additional charges in advance.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Please see our deposit policy below:
- Orders below VND 5 million: Please pay 100% of the order value in advance.
- Orders from VND 5 million to below VND 20 million: A deposit of at least 50% is required on order confirmation. The balance is due on delivery if there is no confirmation signed and stamped by an authorized person, or within 7–14 days after delivery if such confirmation is provided.
- Orders above VND 20 million: A deposit of at least 50% is required on order confirmation, with the balance payable within 7–14 days after delivery.
